A fencing lesson is the most intimate athletic interaction between a coach and his or her student. It is the only way to fine tune technique, develop problem-solving abilities, and grow in self-confidence. Plus, a fencing lesson is the perfect physical exercise that helps maintain muscle tone, increase mental acuity, and develop emotional balance. It is absolutely impossible to grow in the understanding of tactics in fencing without the information provided in a private fencing lesson.
